**If you or a loved one have been impacted by cancer and need help paying for therapy, I am a Flatwater Network Provider so you may inquire with Flatwater to receive up to 40 covered sessions with me at no cost to you.

INsurance

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. You can check with your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage and amount of reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your appointment, please provide me with 24 hours advance notice. Without this notice, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
